2. Description of Service Pathway2US provides free, browser-based tools to help users generate API links, analyze JSON responses, and track USCIS case statuses locally on their own devices.

Use the Service to track cases that do not belong to you, or for which you do not have authorized permission to track.

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its hosting infrastructure.

Use the Service in any manner that violates the official USCIS Terms of Service or their API usage guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property The design, structure, and text of Pathway2US are the property of Pathway2US. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the visual design elements or proprietary code without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pathway2US and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from missed USCIS deadlines, misunderstood case statuses, technical failures, or changes to the USCIS API structure.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
