1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy At Pathway2US, we believe that tools for immigrants should be private and secure. We have designed our tools (including the USCIS API Link Generator, USCIS JSON Analyzer, and USCIS Case API Check Extension) so that your case data stays yours.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Local Processing: All processing of your USCIS receipt numbers and JSON data happens locally within your web browser. We do not transmit, collect, or store your case data, receipt numbers, or USCIS API responses on our servers.

No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, nor do we ask for your USCIS portal password, email address, or name to use our tools.

Chrome Extension: The Case Tracker Extension stores your alert preferences and tracking data locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

3. Website Analytics and Cookies We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve the user experience. Google Analytics uses "cookies" (small text files placed on your device) to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. This may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjusting your browser settings to block cookies.

4. Third-Party Links and APIs Our tools help you generate links to, or interact directly with, the official USCIS API (uscis.gov). Please be aware that when you request data from USCIS, your interaction is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the U.S. government.
